2642 - حدَّثنا سليمانُ بن داودَ المَهريُّ، أخبرنا ابنُ وَهبٍ، أخبرني يحيى ابنُ أيوبَ، عن حُميدٍ الطَّويلِ
عن أنس بن مالك، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أُمِرْتُ أن أقاتلَ المشركين" بمعناه(1).
2643 - حدَّثنا الحسنُ بن عَليٍّ وعثمانُ بن أبي شَيبةَ -المعنى- قالا: حدَّثنا يعلَى بن عُبيدٍ، عن الأعْمشِ، عن أبي ظَبيانَ
حدَّثنا أُسامة بن زيدٍ، قال: بعثَنا رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سريةً إلى الحُرقَاتِ، فَنُذِرُوا بنا، فهَربوا، فأدركْنا رجلاً، فلما غَشِيناه، قال: لا إله إلا اللهُ، فضربْناه، حتى قتلناه، فذكرتُه للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: "مَنْ لكَ بلا إله إلا الله يومَ القيامة؟ "، فقلت: يا رسول الله، إنما قالها مخافَةَ السلاح، قال: " أفلا شَققْتَ عن قلبه حتى تعلمَ مِن أجلِ ذلك قالها أم لا؟ مَنْ--------------------------------------------
= سياه أنس بن مالك قال: يا أبا حمزة، ما يحرِّم دمَ العبد ومالَه؟ فقال: من شهد أن لا إله إلا الله، واستقبل قبلتنا، وصلى صلاتنا وأكل ذبيحتنا، فهو المسلم، له ما للمسلم، وعليه ما على المسلم. هكذا روياه موقوفاً عليه.
وأخرجه البخاري (391) من طريق منصور بن سعد، عن ميمون بن سياه، عن أنس بن مالك، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "من صلَّى صلاتنا واستقبل قبلتنا وأكل ذبيحتنا، فذلك المسلم، الذي له ذمة الله وذمة رسوله، فلا تخفروا الله في ذمته"، فرفعه.
