And Ibn Rumh narrated to us, informing us al-Layth, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Nafi', from Abdullah ibn Umar, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he handed over the palm trees of Khaybar and its land to the Jews of Khaybar on the condition that they work on them with their own wealth, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would receive half of their fruit.
