Narrated to me Harmalah ibn Yahya: Ibn Wahb informed us: Yunus informed me, from Ibn Shihab: Salim ibn Abdullah informed me that Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, said: Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Five are of the animals, all of which are harmful (fasiq), and there is no sin upon the one who kills them: the scorpion, the crow, the kite, the rat, and the vicious dog."
