Zuhayr ibn Harb and Abu Ma'n al-Raqqashi narrated to me—and the wording is that of Zuhayr—they said: 'Umar ibn Yunus narrated to us, he said: 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, he said: Ishaq ibn Abi Talhah narrated to me, he said: Anas ibn Malik narrated to me, he said:

Umm Sulaym—who is the mother of Anas—had an orphan girl in her care. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saw the orphan girl and said, "Is it you? You have grown up—may your age not increase." The orphan girl returned to Umm Sulaym weeping. Umm Sulaym said, "What is the matter with you, my daughter?" The girl said, "The Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed against me that my age should not increase, so now my age will never increase"—or she said, "my years." Umm Sulaym went out hurriedly, wrapping her head covering, until she met the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her, "What is the matter with you, O Umm Sulaym?" She said, "O Prophet of Allah, did you pray against my orphan girl?" He said, "And what is that, O Umm Sulaym?" She said, "She claimed that you prayed that her age should not increase and her years should not increase." He said: Then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, laughed, then said, "O Umm Sulaym, do you not know that my condition upon my Lord is that I stipulated to my Lord and said: I am only a human being; I am pleased as human beings are pleased, and I become angry as human beings become angry. So whoever among my community I have prayed against with a prayer that they do not deserve, let Him make it for them a purification, a blessing, and a means of nearness by which He brings them closer to Him on the Day of Resurrection."

And Abu Ma'n said: "yutayyimah" (a little orphan girl) with the diminutive form in the three places of the hadith.
