And it was narrated to me by Abu al-Tahir and Harmalah; they said: Ibn Wahb informed us; Yunus informed me, on the authority of al-Zuhri, on the authority of 'Urwah, on the authority of 'A'ishah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, called the gecko a "little corrupt one." Harmalah added: She said, "And I did not hear him command that it be killed."
