Muhammad ibn al-Sabbah, Zuhayr ibn Harb, and Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us; they said: Hushaym narrated to us; Abu al-Zubayr informed us, on the authority of Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury (riba), the one who gives it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, and he said: "They are all alike."
