Yahya ibn Ayyub narrated to me, saying: 'Abbad ibn 'Abbad al-Muhallabi narrated to us, saying: 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Umar narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from the Mother of the Believers, 'A'ishah — may Allah be pleased with her — who said: "Among us were those who entered ihram for Hajj alone (ifrad), among us were those who combined Hajj and 'Umrah (qiran), and among us were those who performed 'Umrah first and then Hajj (tamattu')."
