And Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Ya'qub—who is Ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Qari—narrated to us, from Suhayl, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Hour will not come until wealth increases and abounds, until a man goes out with the Zakat of his wealth and finds no one to accept it from him, and until the land of the Arabs returns to be meadows and rivers."
