حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَسَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ، يَقُولاَنِ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ هَؤُلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ وَكَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُلْحِقُ مَعَهُنَّ " وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ هَؤُلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ وَكَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُلْحِقُ مَعَهُنَّ " وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
১০৬-(১০০/৫৭) হারমালাহ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু ইমরান আত তুজীবী (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাদ্বিয়াল্লাহু আনহুমা) হতে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ব্যভিচারী ব্যক্তি ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত থাকাবস্থায় মু'মিন থাকে না, চুরি করার সময় চোরও ঈমানদার থাকে না, মদ্যপায়ীও মদ্যপান করার সময় মু'মিন থাকে না।
আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাদ্বিয়াল্লাহু আনহুমা) অন্য সূত্রে এর সাথে এটাও বলেছেন, প্রকাশ্য দিবালোকে মূল্যবান সামগ্ৰী ছিনতাইকারী যখন ছিনতাই করতে থাকে তখন সে মু'মিন থাকে না*। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ১০৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ ১১০)

Narrated to me Harmalah ibn Yahya ibn ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Imran al-Tujibi: Ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Yunus told me, from Ibn Shihab, who said: I heard Abu Salamah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman and Sa‘id ibn al-Musayyab both say: Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The fornicator does not fornicate while he is a believer when he fornicates, and the thief does not steal while he is a believer when he steals, and the drinker of wine does not drink wine while he is a believer when he drinks it."
Ibn Shihab said: Then ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Bakr ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman told me that Abu Bakr used to narrate these to them from Abu Hurayrah, then he would say: And Abu Hurayrah used to add to them: "And the one who seizes a valuable spoil, toward which people raise their eyes, does not seize it while he is a believer when he seizes it."
