Shayban ibn Farrukh narrated to us, saying: Sulayman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us. (Another chain:) Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Ibn Bashshar narrated to us, both saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us. (Another chain:) Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, saying: Wahb ibn Jarir informed us, saying: my father narrated to us. (Another chain:) Ishaq also narrated to us, saying: al-Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman informed us, saying: I heard Salm ibn Abi al-Dhayyal. (Another chain:) Yusuf ibn Hammad al-Ma'ni narrated to me, saying: Ziyad al-Bakka'i narrated to us, from 'Asim al-Ahwal. All of these (narrated) from Humayd ibn Hilal, with the chain of Yunus, similar to his hadith.
